Patting myself on my back

Since I always seem to complain about myself, I decided to compile a list of things that I do well regarding to my health. So, here:

Things that I am already doing regularly that are good for my health:
- I exercise five times a week
- I donít eat processed foods, I cook my own
- I sleep well
- I drink plenty of plain water
- I donít drink sodas or juices
- I check my blood glucose five times a day
- I write in a journal
- I meet my friends
- I donít smoke
- I use good fats
- I only drink two cups of coffee a day
- I walk everywhere

Not bad, is it?
