I need to get back into the swing of things. I have been slacking in my commitments to myself. Leading up to my 5k, I didn't go to the gym. I know I should have but I just kept finding reasons not to. I seem to always find reasons not to. Yesterday I made the decision that I would go to the gym when I finally got enough energy. I only did 30 mins on the stairs but it was more than not doing any.

I have a lot coming up and I need to stay focus. Honestly though, it is so hard sometimes. Lately all I want to do is lie down till noon. I need to change this. I need to change many things but don't seem to have the energy to do it. We shall see.
