Loving Life Day 59 February 13, 2013

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

My computer has been acting up lately, and it's driving me crazy! I had a good time with my little granddaughter last night, but I'm really tired this morning. Work will be busy today, but I will get out for a nice lunchtime walk. The weather is supposed to be nice today, in fact the news people are calling it a dog walking day. I love these kind of days in February!

Hubby surprised me with flowers for Valentines Day. They are so pretty, and sitting on my desk at work. I need to move them today so that I can see them all day, but not have them so close to me that they bother my allergies.

My mantra:

I am the only one who can do this for myself.
I make the choice of what I put in my mouth and what I don't.
I make the choice to exercise or not daily
I make the choice to have a positive frame of mind
I make the choice to be healthy!

Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water
~ 10,000 steps
~ 15 flights of stairs
~ keep an open mind
~ journal every bite
~ journal thoughts and feelings surrounding eating today
~ smile at least once an hour
~ learn something new and remember what I learned
~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack today
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff
