Know your numbers.
Since the last weigh in for the 5% Challenge will be April 20th I definitely need to redo the following on the 23rd. For practice's sake, I went ahead and did the assignment with my current weight.
A) How many pounds will you lose to achieve your 5% weight loss?
158.8 X .05 = 7.94 pounds
Current Weight: 158.8 pounds
Target Weight: 150.8 pounds
By When: April 20th, 2013
B) Please update your data in Start/my Goals & Progress Section, go down to 'Pounds Lost' and change the goal for your new target weight and target date. Then click on 'Save my changes'.
C) Please update your Calories to Burn This Week (Exercise Plan)
My Goals & Progress:
Goal to eat 1720 - 2070 calories per day
Goal to burn 1550 calories per week
Goal to go from 159 to 151 by 04/20/2013
