- 1 scrambled egg mixed w/ 1 scrambled egg white and 1 cup berries
- Coffee, banana, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 piece of wheat toast buttered
- Vanilla Activia yogurt with banana or strawberries
- Apple w/ Jif All Natural PB, Starkist Low-Sodium Tuna
- 1.5 cups Pasta and 1.5 cups greens
- 2 cups Lettuce, 1 oz. cheese, chickpeas, sunflower seeds
- 1 cup rice, lettuce, black beans, 1 dollop sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup guacamole
