Training for Vineman 70.3 Starts 2/13/2013

Training for my first half ironman, Vineman 70.3...Need to start swimming and cycling more.

The month of December has been bad with my lack of running and eating right. After my first FULL marathon, I stopped running and eating right...I let go. It is SO hard to get back on track!

Starting 2/13/2013, the first day of LENT.
