Day 74-Working out is good for the mind

Today I worked in the office, it was cloudy out and I just needed out. So I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. Ran 1.75 miles and increased my speed!!

By the time I came home, I felt revived and instantly is a great mood!

Love it!
