The K.I.S.S. approach . . . Keep It Simple, Sparkers!**
This is my goal for the month no big wordy plan just do the simple things and they well add up to a weight loss and a healthy Feb and heart month.
1. Increase exercise watch my salt intake.= lower BP
2. Proper sleep helps with weight besides you feel better
3. Me time cuts down on stress
4. Eat slow eat less need to revisit this challenge found a stuffed turtle and will pin a sign on him that says Eat slow like I am and not fast like the rabbit or something like that I am not very creative but have my thinking cap on. Any hints Spark friends?
The gym is starting the training for Bloomsday on Tuesday s signed up hope to improve my time from last year.
