So many people try to conquer the late night snack demon, so how many foods are out there to help without hindering? Anyone care to share their ideas?
Green tea, but still feel hunger pains!
I'm struggling with the same thing! I tend to do well all day, but at night I get such hunger pains And usually, that's when I make my poorest eating decisions....
I don't really have tips for food, but just know you're not alone :)
