I read and respond to a lot of blog entries on Spark. The most common situation I see people blogging about are often all of the steps people are taking to make their lives better, to lose weight, to relax. Often, people don't realize where their going, just trying very hard to get there. A lot of times, what really is missing, is some good alone time. Time to be with your thoughts. Time to breathe a little easier. Time to meditate, or for those who prefer, time to pray. It may not just be alone, quiet time for you. Perhaps some music, journal writing, reading, or whatever you have known in the past relaxes you. This isn't time to impress anybody, but time to take care of yourself. My best wishes to you, Glenn
