I am in denial... the scale did not show me what I wanted to see, so I'm not logging it today. RUDE!!!! I will try again tomorrow morning because really, it wasn't a bad weight. It just wasn't what "Princess" here wanted to see.
If I don't log it, it didn't happen - right? What - no? Awww, come on!
I'm staying within my calorie range daily. I am working out pretty hard. Maybe it's muscle mass? I've been feeling pretty sore, so those strength and toning moves are doing their job, anyway.
Since I FEEL better and stronger, I figure I'll just stay on track, and ignore that goofy scale for now!
