I made it 18 minutes again today.

I am having a MIGRAINE FREE day emoticon emoticon

I am almost done writing the pattern for the dress I am crocheting for my cabbage patch doll. Then I can finish crocheting it & start another one. I am still working on my other craft projects & reading my books.

My favorite is "Walk away the pounds, for the abs" The 2 mile walk DVD is fun and the 3 mile- and as you know you just do it as long as you can. You can find that one on ebayor I do the moves without that "belt and armbands" it was kind of cheaply made and broke on me, so I just move my arms without it.

I always tell people, with finess DVDs, even if you can't do the whole 30 or 45 minutes- I bet you can do 10- and if not 10, at the very least 5! and 10 minutes is better than 0 fitness minutes!
