Better Sugars!

Sugar was 155 in the morning; still a bit high, but better than before. I had a bowl of oatmeal, some blueberries and strawberries for breakfast. At lunchtime, my sugar was only 100! I was so happy! Maybe the whole program is working and kicking in.

    My morning sugars are higher than my doctor would like--she wants them under 100! So my nutritionist and I are working on food/activity combos at night that will help my numbers. Lifestyle is the answer to most of this. Keep up the good work! emoticon

    ME TOO. I started out at 150 but it dropped very low before lunch...had to eat.
