Of my TV remote control appointment...

which was supposed to be tomorrow, but had to be rescheduled for Thursday (because of some "weather" in my area??????) and left them behind in their appointments. They had no more room on Wednesday and Thursday was the soonest... from 8am to noontime. I told them I wanted the afternoon. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just don't sleep well at night and can't count on being awake early in the morning. That changed it to.. "you can have Friday afternoon" and when I complained that meant an entire week with the use of a remote control because they can't seem to figure out why it won't work, they suddenly put me down for Thursday afternoon between noon and 4pm. Guess that means that the poor soul doesn't get a lunch between appointments??

Anyways, my daughter and son in law came over this afternoon to take me to dinner. He sat down and "played" with the remote a little. He chose the option to "clear all entries" and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?? It works!!!! No service call, no hard work, nothing difficult, he just selected a button and pressed it and voila!!

I'll call in the morning and cancel the appointment as I hate to waste someone's time. I'd love to tell them that my 9 year old grandson "fixed" it. emoticon

Keep your fingers crossed that it keeps working...I'll never get them out her again later. emoticon

    Kids are very smart - My neice fixed my phone once and I tell you I was embarrassed on how simple it was to fix the problem. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
