Thanks to all of you who have read and commented on my blogs. I have been working really hard to get used to my husband's new schedule and to do better with handling my emotions. I am proud to say that I have done really well so far this week and have curbed overeating. I've been better organized and feel like I'm more in control in general, which seems to help me not to emotionally overeat.
I am now in preps for the 5% winter to spring challenge and I'm excited to give it my best shot. 50+ lbs. gone and 25 more to go until I reach my goal. I'm really focused on making it this time. It feels different now. My head is in a different place. I may not sprint to the finish, or even jog, but it's in my line of vision now. I picture myself, slim, fit, healthy and confident, head held high, running past the finish line. Feeling alive!!!!!
