Getting back on the good foot! I thought the holidays would be tough, but I had no idea I'd allow myself to go backwards a little bit.
It's ok now, I'm back on track, and I don't even want to think about the past. I am moving forward with a healthy diet, again, cutting out unnecessary snacks, focusing on water more, doing exercise even if I can't do an hour, walking extra steps, getting up and moving, trying new recipes.
Sitting on the exercise ball rather than the couch, helps build my core! And you gotta love the yoga brick for stretches!!!
I don't want to change too much too soon, but these are things I'm on the verge of doing anyway, so it's not too big a change. Here we go!!!!!!
