70 Days of ME day 64

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

Today was an excellent day...besides occasionally feeling like death. I woke up this morning feeling like crap and I only had two doses of DayQuil to get me through the day. :/ So I took the first dose about 6:30am before going to work and I needed the extra help tonight so I didn't take the second dose til about 5:30-5:45. I found another way to help ,e get through the day though. Today, I completed my 1500 jumping jacks. I did the, in sets of 100. I would have done more, but I'm a bit too big chested to do that many at once. My chest starts to hurt around So yeah, I did a ton of jumping jacks as well as 30 squats and a bunch of lifting and carrying and chasing babies. Jaxon is definitely coming down with something so he was whiny all day. Unfortunately, Jaxon has shared him fun with me, hence the occasional feeling of death I mentioned. I did 500 by 10am and got in the next 1000 by 5:15pm. From there, I went to my church's Men's Wild Game Dinner where we got 600 men through the food line in 20 minutes. And since they had quite a bit of help for clean up, I quickly ate the deliciousness provided (including the unfortunate chocolate cupcake) and went to Zumba. I didn't think I was going to make it tonight, but I did. After we started though I really felt that cupcake...and the fried fish. Lol But it was definitely worth it. It only happens once a year :) But Zumba kicked my butt tonight and now I am exhausted. I stayed up a while after getting home so I could make sure I slept all night but the Benadryl is finally starting to kick in which is making my eyes close. So, I shall talk to you tomorrow! Hopefully I'll be feeling better and maybe a lb closer to my 100lb goal? That would be awesome if I met that goal during this challenge. :) Ok, goodnight Spark friends!
