I got plenty of exercise over the weekend with shoveling only missed one day of eating breakfast right back to it today. I have been getting up much closer to on time and going to bed on time.

    I have GOT to get better at waking up at a reasonable hour. It totally sets the tone for the day and I know I need to find a way to get UP

    Wow, that's awesome! I can't wake up on time to save my life. Today, I totally turned the alarm off. Actually, our son was our alarm, but he sleeps in now too. Anyway, that is an awesome achievement!

  Not only does shoveling burn calories, but you don't have to change into gym clothes to do it. Great job.
