Blood sugar is better(yay), eating was healthy all day long, and I fit in 50 minutes of activity.
Work was busy, we were short handed and everyone needed help.. Fit in a little shopping at lunchtime and got some surprises!!
Dinner was a chicken/stir fry from scratch with brown rice..yum
Finished my updates but they need to be typed...not happening tonight..
