Proof This is Working...

Here is a list of changes that I've noticed in myself.

My eating has gotten better.
My cravings are in control.
I enjoy drinking water.
I've lost 6 pounds.
I've lost inches.
I have more energy.
I sleep better.
I don't sleep until 11am anymore.
I enjoy exercising and look forward to it.
I get excited to go shopping for healthy food.
My winter jacket is no longer snug, especially in the arms.
I can walk faster.
I actually want to walk more often.
I don't make my fiancÚ carry all the heavy grocery bags walking from the store. emoticon

I can't wait to see more changes happen to me.

6lbs is amazing but whats even more amazing is that you are sleeping better and have more energy which is super :)
