Wow, this is a bad week to write a blog about progress. I feel like I have taken 5 giant steps backward this week. I managed to get some fitness in thanks to the BLC challenge but it was the bare minimum and no fun. I have been sick this week and really let that run away with me. I'm still not 100% but I think I am over the emotional eating part of it.

Before this terrible, awful week I had been making some really great progress! I had lost 10 lbs since the first of the year and was very diligently tracking both food and fitness. I am following Bob's Skinny Rules and they are working very well for me. Tomorrow starts an 8 week Better Weigh competition at work and that should help me to get back on track as I am feeling better.

    You achieved a perfect score on the challenge while feeling sick all week! You may feel that you had a bad week, but your habits are kicking in and you're keeping on track! That's progress!
