I just don't eat enough calories. I did meet my goal of eating enough for three days in a row! I was so proud of myself. I am learning how to eat healthy, I exercise and I don't lose much weight. But that's okay. I feel more energetic and I am doing pretty dang good with the video exercises that were hard to do at first. You know I was kind of down when I started this blog. Now that I typed the things I am succeeding with I am much happier.
