So I have been creating my plan and it is really working for me. I am down 11 lbs! I am so happy with this progress.

That is 11lbs in 4 weeks with a week of no formal workout and eating out for every meal because I was away for work. That week there was no loss and no gain
I have been following a rag tag combination of eating. My focus is on getting my 9 water servings, staying within my calorie count, keeping to the low end of my carb range (I am really eating at the bottom number of my carbs per day) and working out 4 days a week.
My current workout passion is cardio dance. I am loving the Hip Hop and Latin cardio dance classes! They are fun and I know I look a hot mess!
But I am having fun and moving the entire time.
I have decided that I am going to challenge myself in different ways throughout this journey.

Short Term: I have joined the Lifetime Fitness 90 Day Challenge. This is a weightloss competition. Prizes include vacations, workout gear, and even cash!!
So here I am at 341 not a small number but sweet to me anyway:
I am going to post updated pictures every 20 pounds to remember and chart my changes.
