Wait - just a minute -

There...that's bettter!

Today I am remembering that getting outdoors is a lovely thing...







And movement is a beautiful thing - and contributes so deeply to well-being...





We relax differently after we've been in motion in one of its many forms...




I 'pinky swear' I'll try to remember this when the day is long, and I am tired.


Wish you were all here and we could meet up on a hillside with the sun streaming down...


So here's to embracing movement -





I gotta remember how much fun it is to play!!!

    If we all remembered to play more often I'm sure we'd all be in better shape and a lot more happy in our day to day lives too. Thanks for the reminder.
