So i headed out to the nearby walking track. I called my friend and we began to chat. By the we finished I had walked 4 miles! It was too much I think. I've been more along the lines of 2- 2 1/2 miles a day. My body is screaming too!
My FitBit is showing about 15,000 steps.
So tonight we are relaxing, watching the 1st season of ALIAS.
Things are good. My weight loss efforts are slowly progressing. I'm meeting my goals for mileage and so forth.
