Well, the past few weeks it seems that I have recommitted to working out and eating right. Losing and gaining weight has been the story of my life really. I wish I was someone that could maintain a almost constant weight, but alas I never will be. I've started heading to the gym after a long day of teaching. Instead of making me more tired, it energizes me. It gives me the boost that I need to make it to bedtime. I am also supporting my daughter as she too struggles with her own weight demons. I figure if I want her to live a healthy lifestyle that I too must lead by example. Together we are are tackling our weight issues one day at a time. I find working out before I go home much easier to do than going home and going in later. I'm less likely to talk myself out of it. I don't know why I don't always exercise. I love the way it makes me feel. I'm feeling pretty good these past few days. I'm using my Jawbone Up and keeping up with my steps and sleep. I love what I'm learning from it.
