New Workouts!

Sometimes you just gotta switch it up and forego the gym. Not the workout just the gym. So to all my lady Sparkers I'd reccomend checking out the Nike Training Club app.

Its got about 80 workouts plus some bonus workouts from athletes. They've got drill pictures and videos and an audio guide track for each workout, you can sync it up with a playlist from your phone and even share your workouts on your social media sites. Oh and best part its FREE!

Just did the "Fighter Fit" workout. emoticon

Feel like spending a little more each month and there's Barre3

Barre is a fun mix of ballet, yoga and pilates great to help tone up. This link should take you to the free sample video they have
Definitely worth checking out!

Oh and of course the self imposed Squat challenge aiming for 50-100 a day til the end of Feb!

    Thanks for sharing I may check into that. Oh you're into a squat challenge as well. I started this month, I had to tweak it a bit since I'm just starting but hopefully I can catch up and be ready to follow the challenge completely come March. Today my challenge is 60 squats. Everyday we add 5 more. I'm also doing a plank challenge as well. Wishing you blessings on the challenge and your new workout plan. I just switched my gym routine as well. I go to the track and wog/walk then climb stairs.

    Hey Sparkle1908! Yea it is definitely a space sucker for the phone memory space. It'd be great if they had an online program

    I love this app....but it takes up too much room on my smartphone...but yes, they have some AWESOME workouts!
