Sometimes you just gotta switch it up and forego the gym. Not the workout just the gym. So to all my lady Sparkers I'd reccomend checking out the Nike Training Club app. www.nike.com/us/en_us/c/
Its got about 80 workouts plus some bonus workouts from athletes. They've got drill pictures and videos and an audio guide track for each workout, you can sync it up with a playlist from your phone and even share your workouts on your social media sites. Oh and best part its FREE!
