Wins for the day!

emoticon I ate in my calorie range! Woohoo!

I totally expected this to be rewarded with weight loss instantly, and it was not. LOL

emoticon Did not have wine! Instead, had a cup of green tea last thing before bed!

Much better habit to make.

emoticon Prepared lunches for the week!

Oh, yeah. A bit belated, but then I already had sandwiches made for the start of the week. I was out of bread, so I got some fresh, and then made four sandwiches to freeze. Then I froze the rest of the bread in slice pairs. It's nice to have a stocked freezer! Then I chopped up some veggies for lunches as well.

emoticon Problem: how do I deal with a tray of figs going moldy very quickly, without eating them all at once? Why, I cook stewed figs!

I am so domestic. Seriously. I ran out of sugar, so I couldn't add much, which is great because they have less sugar and they still taste just right!

emoticon Didn't take a second helping of dinner, even though it tasted. that. good.

Yeah, I was so full. Did I need more tuna/anchovy pasta? No I did not. Did I go get more? NO I DID NOT. I ate slower and enjoyed it. SO THERE!
