Today's message from SparkCoach was to eat intuitively. Your
body will tell you what it wants and how much if you pay
attention. I tried it and it worked. Now the key will be to
listen to what my body is telling me and forget the mindless
snacking. Think about what I am doing as I reach for a less-that-
healthy snack. Now to repeat this behavior tomorrow.
Now only did I listen to my body when it can to eating, I also
listened to my body when it said I needed to move a little
more today. The sun was shining and the snow was melting.
I logged over my 10K steps but also spent an hour plus, shoveling
snow off the sidewalk at church. When I started, it was soft and
very heavy. As soon as the sun started setting, it was getting
harder to move and more stuck on. I kept at it until it was all
done. Pastor had tried the snowblower but it just didn't work.
I should sleep well tonight.
