Well, I just finished putting all my food in and I ate enough for 2 days. I did do my exercise this morning.
Time to get back on track. I have managed to lose 6 pounds which is a really good start for me.
Need to cut back the calories so I can shed at least 1 pound this week. My goal is to get to 10 pounds and then I will set a new one.
My big goal is to lose 60 and I know I will need little victories along the way. SOOOOOOO, my lunch is packed for tomorrow and I am about to get the fruit out and wash and pack it for lunch.
