Better Than Yesterday....Not As Good As Tomorrow!

Here's to CHALLENGES! I'm going to Challenge Myself this time. Who better to compete against than myself? We're evenly matched, we want the same goal, we know each other's strengths and weaknesses -- it ought to be quite a Challenge.

And it's so simple. All I have to do is "do better than I did yesterday."

steps: 3737 Weigh-in weight: 140
10 minutes of gymnastics
20 minutes of walking around in the house (during commercial breaks)

steps: 5192 Weigh-in weight: 140
12 minutes of CD exercise
25 minutes brisk walk outdoors with my dog

    Sounds great. We have a few more days left in this week. I have been double timing it with my exercise classes, I feel that I have done two days for every one. My week should be over with tomorrow. (LOL) NO!!! Well, sure feels like it. I will feel all good inside when I do finish this week, I just know that I will.(LOL) So, let me know how the rest of your week works out.

    I agree that there is no one better to compete against than yourself. You shouldn't compare yourself to others so why compete against them.
