Bad Weigh-in

My weight is up. The thing that messed me up was sodium - I am going to have to read labels more carefully and it helps if I plug in my meals in the tracker before I cook them. Well dust myself off and keep trying.

    salt - that dastardly compound! We need it to stay alive - and yet it reeks havok on our weightloss (and blood pressure). I echo what the other commenters say - at least you know what is causing it and you know how to deal with it. Keep up the sodium undercover investigation. You can be a salt detective! emoticon

    If I end up having too much sodium for one day I increase my water that same day. I'll try to drink l0-12 glasses. Good luck!

    Don't panic - you know it's from salt, so you know the scale gain is likely just from water retention. Hang in there, drink lots of water tomorrow, and everything'll be okay. :)

    I know how you feel! Last week at my weigh-in I wanted to cry...I did not cheat and even started doing cardio and only lost .7 lbs.
    It was SODIUM!! Doggonit!
