I'm down a few pounds so far. I'm pleased with the progress I have made. I'm getting better at tracking my nutrition and, with the help of my Fitbit, I have no problem tracking my fitness. I do need to make sure I eat healthier. One way of achieving that will be giving up chocolate for Lent. This is my greatest weakness! I haven't measured myself to check the progress there, but my clothes do seen to fit better. I also need to step up the fitness minutes and strength training. I still have 10 pounds to lose to be at my lowest weight in 15 years. I need to push myself to meet my goal. Wish me luck!!!
