All I can say is.. Really Billy?? What did I do to you because you have been kickin my butt all week
and its only Tuesday!!!
I started the PT 24/7 workout on Sunday and after dripping with sweat doing the Basic video- Yes the video that just shows you the moves! I knew I had made the right call getting this. I really wanted something that was going to help me tone and lose weight at the same time. Well this is it! Plus since each video is about 30-35 min I have no excuse not stick to the schedule.
I also am eating within the calorie range of the 24/7 plan although I am not eating from the meal plan. I have done sticking within the ranges and even got some ideas from looking at the meal plan.
Saturday I will be out with my son and then dinner with the hubby. My son and I are doing a cooking class
The menu is not friendly to my diet plan ( Chocolate chip pancakes, cheese eggs and smoothie!) and that combined with dinner at my favorite Italian place I know I will be over my calories. So I will weigh in on Saturday morning and add an extra workout next week- Problem solved!
Tomorrow is my rest day and I plan to enjoy it. Billy and I will meet again on Thursday ( Valentine's Day!) for my Ripped Core workout
