I am feeling very good about things right now. If I haven't lost weight I would be surprised. Can't wait for the weigh in day. I've done great with the eating especially emotional eating, but may be due to being very busy and felling kind of nauseous a couple times. Hopefully not though and it continues. I feel very good after working out and not eating crap or overeating. I just hope things continue and that I can keep it up if things become harder.
