I'm behind huh? lol!! I have been so busy with work that I haven't been around much lately.
I'm happy to say though that things are going quite well! This weekend was the best weekend that I've had in FOREVER nutritionally. I mean - amazing!!! Funny how your mind really is a powerful tool. I told myself that there was no reason to fall off the wagon over the weekend, just because I was more relaxed. It worked and I am so happy that it did.
1) Stay within or under my calorie ranges.
2) Work out 10 minutes
Day 1 (Feb 1st):
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but yes with the fitness.
Day 3 (Feb 3rd):
Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.
Day 5 (Feb 5th):
Day 6 (Feb 6th):
Day 7 (Feb. 7th):
Day 8 (Feb. 8th): Today was my splurge day so I relaxed and ate out for dinner.
Day 9 (Feb. 9th):
Day 10 (Feb.10th):
Day 11 (Feb. 11th):
