Update 2/4 to 2/10

This past week didn't go quite like planned but I did make sure to exercise same amount of days. I only did my DVD one day because I was started to feel ho hum about it. I also skipped the elliptical and opted for treadmill workouts at 5% incline those two days. Saturday's eating was a little overboard!!! Ate breakfast at 7:30 but didn't get til eat lunch til 2 p.m. and of course it was fast food. I only got a whopper jr and a small fry but it went down hill from there. I ate a crapload of chips & salsa and sugar cookies. Also drank a few beers! Oh well I will do better next time and make sure my husband makes it so I can eat my meals at normal times! He can go from breakfast til dinner without eating but if I do I let loose and blow my calories and hard work for the week! Here are my stats for this past week:

Days in Calorie Range- 6/7
Weight loss- 1.6

This week I am starting my TurboFire series, I actually start a challenge on Facebook next week. So this week I am going to do the starter class and complete week 6 of my C25K workout. I am also going to make better choices with my food intake and get everything together for my new job I will probably start next Monday. Make sure I have everything portioned out, healthy snacks handy and water available at all times. Here are my goals for this week (which has already started!)

1. Treadmill- Week 6 of C25K (walk 1/ run 3) 3x
2. TurboFire Starter Class DVD- 5x
3. In calorie range 7/7 days!
4. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
5. Plan everything! Planning is key to my success!
