Excuses

My number 1 excuse for not going to the gym is the lack of time. Actually, I drive a taxi and can take off anytime I want. I really enjoy going to the gym. So I guess my number 1 excuse is just being lazy.

    What I do is "schedule" my gym time -- from 12:00PM to 1:30PM each weekday. And in the event of work or life getting in the way, like it did for me yesterday, I subbed in a power walk in my neighborhood.

It's all about making it a priority and getting into a groove. Once you get started, you won't want to stop!

    No one can give you the push you need to go to the gym unless you're willing. We all make excuses sometimes but eventually tell ourselves "Just do it"! Get up, get going! emoticon

    Now would you let your son or daughter off the hook if they really needed to workout at the gym to prolong their life? this is a life or death situation.

HEALTHY LIFE STYLE = LIFE

UNHEALTHY LIFE STYLE = DEATH

    Lol, I started using excuses when I joined a gym.. The realized I was just lazy
