Since I have been eating mostly fruits and vegetables I'm finding I really have to pack in the food to get up to a decent calorie range. I feel full all the time now. Not like before where I was hungry all day long. I'm scared I won't lose the weight even though my calories are low. I think I must feel hunger to lose weight or something like that. Am I the only one who feels this way? Can I really feel full and lose weight?
