Sigh, I hate doing a workout later
in the day but it must be done because I didn't workout for three days and this would be day 4, and thats just not a good habit to be in: no workouts because I was busy first thing in the AM. So, I will workout in an hour. I have to do laundry, dishes, and roast a chicken first. I had to have Panda for lunch. I got the steamed rice and eggplant/tofu. Neither are ideal, but neither are the devil either.
Today I've already seen the siding guy, the linoleum guy, and the ant guy. Tomorrow will be the plumber. Sheesh.
I have to get some stuff out of one of the bathrooms, the laundry room, and the garage to make all this possible. I am glad to get it all done. But, man its a full time job.
My old rotation has been thrown out the window. This afternoon, I want to do some cardio and some yoga. I'm still leaning towards Cathe's Low Impact Step from 4 Day Split. Its 30 min. of fun step cardio and then a 20 min. segment with Shiva Rea. That should help me relax. I'm so keyed up that I'm holding my shoulders up, I have to consciously force them down.
