My progress so far....I wish I could say it is farther along than it is. Of course, I can't blame anybody but myself on that. I have maintained the exercise streak, exceeding the minimum amount, so am glad about that. Is the intensity what it needs to be? Maybe that is the part of the problem or that I just need to change up the activities so that my body figures out it has to burn the fuel differently. I do have a hard time pushing myself to try new videos, will certainly admit that.
Food: Well, 95% of the food is tracked and those other 5% are no doubt a downfall for me. While some of my poor choice foods do not get listed, most of them do regardless of where it puts me for the day. I found restricting carbs did not help me in losing weight or at least not in the 2 weeks that I really restricted them. It is a trial-and-error thing for me and am still learning what needs to be done to be successful. I have lost some weight, just lots more to go. I sure am grateful for this team though because I know I do not do well without the accountability to the team members here.
