WooHoo! I made it to week 5! Today went well. I little difficult, but I got to the end with no problem. Repeating week 4 really helped. And since I am not worried about making it through at my normal pace, this week I am going to work on preparing myself for week 6, when I will only have one week to recover. I plan to increase my walking speed on Thursday to do this. If that goes well, I may increase my running speed on Saturday, but we'll just play it by ear.
