i'm so frustrated with losing weight

I'm not even going to lie this is hard. I lost 43 pounds gained back 18 and can't seem to get the scale to budge but i've got about at least 125 pounds to go. I feel like i'm never going to get there it's been the last year just yoyoing I have pcos and i tried metformin and i got nothing, it helped me lose an initial 10 pounds but as soon as i stopped taking it i just gained it all back i have debilitating migraine headaches and i get to the gym then i can't do anything the rest of the day. I'm so frustrated with my health and my inabilities to do do anything about it despite my efforts I spend an hour a day doing cardio on the arch or the eliptical and another hour plus doing strength training and weights and i get no results i eat good i dont eat lots of crap or barely any crap lots of organic and protiens and idk what else to do. so there that's it i'm done complaining for the day

    Nothing wrong with venting periodically, it can be frustrating when we're not seeing the progress we wish to see. Keep fighting! emoticon emoticon

    I have PCOS too. I've been plateauing since 2009 so I know how you feel. Right now I'm upping my fiber and water intake, and the results are promising, but I'll let you know what comes of it.

PCOS sucks. Never give up though.

    Breakfast of 3/4 cup of egg beaters made into an omlett filled with 1 cup of green giant cheesy brocolli is filling, yet not bad on calories.

Cuties are in season and 40 calories each. I eat my fill of them.

Green smoothie for lunch, yum.

Dinner 4 cups of spinach, hemp hearts, 1 bell pepper chopped up, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 cucumber, top with lemon juice is filling.

Apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon for desert, baked or fresh. Yum.

It just depends on changing higher calorie foods for volume filling, lower calorie foods.

Hopefully this will give you ideas. Until I discovered this I was hungry

Eating less processed food helps. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hormones play a big issue also.
