Another week - Another KG range

I managed to sneak into the 81's this morning.

Due to the couple of plateaus I had earlier this year I will not be making my target of 80kg flat for my anniversary on the 20th. But I should be in the 80-point-something range, so as long as I don't pig-out on a big anniversary dinner I should hit 80 flat the following week. So not a large miss.

It will be the first time I've been that weight for 20 years!

80kg is also my target weight to start off my full body workouts. I wanted to drop as much fat as possible to limit the stress on my back. So i have that to look forward to. I've already started doing spontaneous push-ups during the day just because I couldn't wait.

I played airsoft last night and dashed around the field like someone half my age. At one point I put down my rifle and just ran from cover to cover using my pistol. It was awesome. The players that have always known me as fat-tony-with-the-bad-knee were stunned. I even managed to get a "bang-kill" on one of the younger players who suddenly found me 6 feet behind him when moments ago he had seen me under cover on the other side of the field. The look on his face was priceless. I swear he thought I'd teleported!
