1 Month Come and Gone

WOW!!! Just realized that I'm a few days over my 1 month anniversary! I was typing in my weekly weigh ins and realized that I've been at this since the 7th of January!!!
I have already lost over 9 pounds and have started excersizing on a regular basis. My pants are all loose now and I had to buy new yoga pants. I have started eating healthier (not perfect, but healthier compared to what I was eating) In just one month I feel better, I have a little more energy and actually look foward to workouts now as opposed to dreading them. I can feel my endurance building
Last time I gave up after only a month and a half and 14 pounds lost and I refuse to do it this time!!! If I'm already doing so much better in a month, imagine what next month will bring, and the next month. I know this works, so why in the world would I quit? I'm going to make this a priority in my life. I'm not going to put it off till another time in my life. My time is now! Heck, I may even be in my size 14 shorts by Summer!
