Slacking, sick, & antibiotics

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

I haven't been slacking necessarily on purpose. I haven't been feeling well and yesterday was the final straw. I went to the doctor and was given some pretty strong antibiotics and told to rest. My doc doesn't know me very well. I'm not a very good "rester". But it's coming slightly easy this time. I feel so awful. Just getting off the couch to go to the bathroom wears me out. So needless to say, there is NO exercising going on. I'm trying to drink water, but I just don't want anything.

I'm not snacking too much, so I'm not to concerned with my calories. I'm hoping to be back up and at'em soon!

Sorry you are so sick. Resting is a challenge for those of us who are normally fairly active! That 6 weeks of non-weight bearing after my foot surgery about did me in! So I get it! Hang in there and rest easy! YOU are so worth it! Feel better.

Hey, sorry you're not feeling well.
What are the antibiotics for? Do you have an infection?
If it's a virus that's bugging you, they won't help.
Rest, however, and plenty of fluids should be good either way.
Feel better soon!!!
