I'm trying to do my best to fill my body with fruits and veggies in order to not fill up on carbs, and I also prefer not to eat a lot of meats. I know it's good for me but I don't know that it's necessary to eat meat everyday. I need to find other ways to get my protein with out feeling like i'm over doing it on calorie intake. It is so hard not to be tempted by all the bad food when you see commercials, billboards, and people eating etc.... Some suggestions please!
