Feeling better about my eating today. And magically lost 1lb of water weight over night, so hopefully that'll start pushing me in the right direction again. I've managed to plan out dinners through Thursday so I can anticipate how many calories dinner will be and adjust my eating from there. Tomorrow will be the hardest. It's my husband's birthday and dinner is not healthy at all so I'll really have to watch my portions.
