The Mountain is getting steeper....

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

But i WILL get there. Okay, so just when i started to get my spark back a few very unexpected events happened. First my co-worker lost his son who was only 32, i felt so bad for him. A parent never expects to bury their child. So we have been working a little harder to give him the time he needs to mourn. Secondly my God-daughter gave birth to twin boys Feb. 1st, they only lived a few hours until they too past away. Their little lungs were not fully developed. My God-daughter who is only 18 is completely devastated. Really there are no words, we are all trying to be as strong as possible for her. It will be a long road to healing, the repass was yesterday and it is still very painful. I'm hanging in there. So that's why i haven't been around. I'm trying to hold it together, i really need to start tracking and going for my daily walks. I'm giving myself until next week and i'm coming back with a vegeance...

So sorry to hear about your sad news. Cut yourself some slack to deal with your emotional health and let the physical stuff come back into the mix when you're ready. Take care!
