Today is the day, the first day back at Couch to 5k. I brought my bag and shoes with me. I have everything I need. So after work I will be lacing up those shoes and going for a walk/run. I am going to make an effort to not feel like everyone is staring at me. I am going to make an effort to just zone out and concentrate on my breathing. After all I have that Power up for PCOS in September to run.. only 8 months to train!
